This is a meal prep service like no other you have ever experienced.
When: Food Prepared and Prepped on Sundays (Dates on Instagram)

- Pick-Up Time: We drop off Monday and you pickup at your discretion. (Time is based on location you select)

SIGN UP STEPS:

1. Fill Out The Corresponding Google Form

2. Pay Invoice (sent after above two steps are complete)


SUBSCRIBE & SAVE 10% (FREE Reusable Bag Included)

(Choose 3,5, or 7 day option for the whole month and you will get 4 weeks worth of your option selected dropped off at your location chosen)


—NOTE: Your spot is only secured after both above  steps are done. 



This service is to help individuals prepare for the week. Food will be cooked, Divided with balanced macronutrients,  packaged, and ready for pickup by Monday morning. (time depends on location selected).


Our Meal Prep Service Currently offers Several Options:

  1. 7 Days Worth of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (21 Meals) 
  2. 5 Days Worth of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (15 Meals)
  3. 3 Days Worth of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (9 Meals)


  • Each of these service options allow you to be provided with approximate macronutrients you would need or specific macronutrients.
  • Each of these service options also allows you to utilize our drop off service.  Meals will be prepared for you here and dropped at your selected location. 






What To Expect / What To Bring: (Quarterly In Person Class)

  1. Ready made foods for 3,5, or 7 days worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  2. Meal Plans provided with your approximate / specific macronutrient needs.
  3. Bring your own bag (or purchase a bag from us) to carry your food home.
