True Food Meal Prep

This is a meal prep service built for real people with real training, real schedules, and real goals — not gimmicks or crash diets.

Meals are cooked fresh, portioned with intention, and designed to fit seamlessly into a performance-driven lifestyle.

📅 Prep & Pickup Details

  • Food is prepared on Sundays (dates announced on Instagram)
  • Ordering deadline: Sunday at 5:00 PM
  • Drop-off day: Tuesday morning
    (exact time depends on the pickup location you select)
  • Pickup: Available at your convenience once dropped

  4. Submit your order and complete payment

Your spot is only secured once the full order is completed.

    • 3 days (9 meals)
    • 5 days (15 meals)
    • 7 days (21 meals)
  • Monthly rotating menus (Option 1, Option 2, Option 3)
  • Built around specific macro focuses:
     
    • Carb Conscious (Cutting)
    • High Protein (Muscle Building)
    • Performance Bundle (Balanced)

Choose your bundle, choose your menu, and everything else is handled for you.

To keep prep clean and consistent:

  • Breakfast: ~350–450 calories
  • Lunch: ~450–550 calories
  • Dinner: ~450–550 calories

Daily total from meals: ~1,250–1,650 calories
